Friday Night Lights is a one-of-kind event @ 757 ROC. It consists of a single WOD formatted in competition style. All workouts have varying levels of difficulty and modifiers so everyone can participate. The workout is combined with fun music and lights in a family friendly party atmosphere. There is a spectator patio in partnership with Twisted Knot brewing to watch the event and consume adult beverages. All spectators are free of charge. It's truly an event you won't want to miss out on.
